  • Product appearance may vary due to device/screen differences.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities without notice.

  • Orders are offers subject to Luxfurry’s acceptance.

  • Strict No Refunds/Exchanges: Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. See Refund Policy.

  • Purchases are for personal use only (no commercial resale).

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

  • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import fees.

  • You must provide accurate payment details and update them promptly.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Risk transfers to you upon dispatch.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays or customs issues.

All content (logos, text, images) is owned by Luxfurry. Unauthorized use violates HK/international IP laws.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is.” We assume no liability for their use.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our Services.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sales are directly with Luxfurry. Shopify bears no liability for transactions.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Policy.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

You grant us a royalty-free license to use submitted feedback.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or cancel orders due to errors.

    (Violations result in immediate account termination)

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Luxfurry is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Product dissatisfaction or losses from Service use

You agree to indemnify Luxfurry against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains valid.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms supersede all prior agreements.

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

Governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of HK courts.

SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
