Frequently Asked Questions
The fit of each pet clothing item may vary slightly. Please refer to the "Size Chart" in the last image on the product page and follow the steps below to measure:
- Neck circumference: Use a soft tape measure to wrap around the thickest part of your pet's neck, leaving 1-2 fingers of space.
 - Chest: Measure at the widest part of the chest behind the front legs.
 - Body length: measured from the base of the neck (not the head) to the base of the tail.
 
⚠️ If your pet has a special body shape (such as short body length, thick chest), it is recommended to choose a larger size.
To ensure the health and safety of pets, all products are sold brand new and unused. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges (including size discrepancies) once the item has been sold. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations or modifications are not accepted for handmade custom orders.
Exceptions: If you receive a damaged/incorrect product, please provide photos and your order number within 24 hours of receipt. We will offer a free replacement or repair service.

Handmade accessories: The rhinestones, buttons, etc. on the clothing are all fixed by hand. Suggestions:
Hand wash, water temperature below 30°C, avoid machine washing which may cause shedding.
 If a diamond falls off slightly, you can use jewelry glue to repair it yourself (it will not affect your wear).
Color Difference Note: Due to differences in screen settings, the color of the product may vary slightly from the actual product.
1. Order Confirmation:
Contact customer service to discuss custom details. After payment is completed, our customer service will confirm your order details.
2. Production Timeline:
Custom products are "made-to-order" with a production time of approximately 3–4 weeks (excluding holidays). In case of special circumstances (e.g., material delays), we will contact and notify you again.
3. Shipping Notification:
Once the product is completed, our customer service team will contact you to arrange shipment.
⚠️ Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. All custom-made products cannot be altered, returned, or exchanged after completion. Please confirm your requirements carefully before placing an order.
